A floor plan is originally a technical drawing that shows the layout of a building or an entire property from a bird’s-eye view. It is used to visualize how spaces are organized, the placement of walls, doors, windows, and furniture, but rarely shows the correct end result.
In our ”Floorplan Basic” service, we can quickly and cost-effectively visualize a floor plan in 3D, which then provides a more realistic and vivid picture of what a space will look like. This facilitates understanding of room size, proportions, and how different furniture and decor will interact.
The next step in the ”Floorplan Premium” process is to make the model accurate. With the right colors, flooring, and furniture, we get a very good sense of what the premises actually look like, even though we still see it from a bird’s-eye view. The model is now otherwise correct and allows us to dive into specific parts for a visual and vibrant view of the real result.
The final step in our virtual development is to place details for the model such as ceiling, lighting, etc., and we now have a complete digital reflection of what initially began as an overview of what could be, into a living model of what is, but at the same time can become.
